• 1 karrot 2 year return or refund garanty: Our 1 Karrot jewellery items come with a 2-year return or refund guarantee. If the color fades or turns black under normal wear conditions within this period, you are eligible for a full return or exchange.

• gold style 1 year guranty of return or refund: Jewellery under our Gold Style category carries a 1-year guarantee. Should the piece lose its shine, fade, or show signs of blackness during regular use within one year, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and is not physically damaged. Proof of purchase must also be provided to initiate the return or refund process.
